"Nuwerus was one of the "fortunate" yet "unfortunate" places in Paarl that was "hit" hard with the recent fires. It was so close to the main buildings that I can only descibe it as hair-raising. "We really enjoyed our stay of two nights. It's beautifull to relax, enjoy great food and wine, the starry sky in the hot-tub, the swimming pool and go for a walk. We can definitly recommend ."

"It was a treat to enter such a beautiful, clean, and well-set-up unit. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and were very impressed from the Smeg stove to the dishwasher, the aircon worked well and fans were much needed in the bedrooms. "We absolutely loved our stay. The views are beautiful and the tents are very comfortable for a family of 5. There is a lot of outdoor space for the kids to run around. We plan on returning if we travel back to South Africa."
