Staff were pretty brusk and a bit short with us at the front desk. Refused to let us check in til - exactly - 4pm even though they let others check in prior no questions asked. Room was so warm so it was difficult to sleep, even with all the windows open and the thermostat on 0. Probably would stay at the Best Western next time, the room is smaller but much better experience.

Everything was good. Except parking issues If you are going with electric car just don’t trust you will get space to charge your car. Also if someone have park their car in electric charging spot they will not be asked by hotel to move there car even if it’s fully charged or not in use.

Carparking is now something you need to pay for, close to 200dkk/24h, and even then its not sure you will actually have a parkingspace free for your car. I lived there for 5 nights, my room was not cleaned once, i could not find any information in the room for this..

Fint hotel med gode faciliteter. Parkering det halter. Man betaler 130,- pr døgn for parkering. Max timers ladning i el-bil. Dvs efter 4 timer skal jeg flytte min bil, og hvis der ikke er flere pladser (det sker ofte) må jeg parkere væk fra hotellet. Dermed har jeg betalt 130,- for holde og lade i 4 timer - udover ladeprisen. Det virker noget molbo-agtigt og må kunne gøres smartere.
