Full of straight couples and lots of straight PDA at the pool.. strange for an Axel Hotel. As for the location, it’s about three or four hours drive from the best attractions of the island - all much farther west. The AC unit did leak onto our faces as we slept, so we had to stop using it."

"Our stay at Cosmeen was perfect. We had a double room with city view with a balcony which had the perfect size for the two of us. The staff were amazing, friendly and always ready to help! The breakfast baskets were great, we could decide if we have it by the pool or in our room and pre-order via the app. The pool is very nice and quiet. The location was also nice very close to the promenade. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"We chose this hotel based on good reviews, room with private Jacuzzi and heated pools. Although the place is clean and staff is very nice, we had a number of problems during our stay. Pools were not heated, Jacuzzi constantly had to be serviced. no hot water to take a shower one morning, smoke-detector waking us up one night and had to call the front desk twice the next day to have it fixed. Parking is not free like the website indicates, I assume they may be referring to street parking outside...
