"Never left a review before but felt this was absolutely needed. What a superb hotel, I’ve stayed in many 5* all inclusive but this is at the top. Service exceptional, food quality was exquisite, I went for the swim up room which was just perfect - I have absolutely no faults and would recommend and come back again in the future. What a fantastic stay. Room 109."

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno al Karteros Hotel e ciò che ci ha colpito fin dal nostro arrivo è stata la splendida accoglienza di tutto il personale. Sempre sorridenti, disponibili e cortesi, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, dimostrando grande attenzione verso gli ospiti durante tutta la permanenza.
Le camere sono molto pulite, curate e confortevoli, con una bellissima vista sul mare che rende ancora più...

"Modern, clean and very attentive staff.. good atmosphere by the pool.. food and drinks great !! Close to the main resort and a short taxi to the old town villages… Recommended !!!"

"This is no 5* star hotel. Superficially the hotel looks fine especially in the promotions, however in reality the facilities were poor and food was cold and uninspired. Rooms barely cleaned daily and amenities in room not replaced.
The little touches of your normal 5* were not at this hotel. Had booked half board but gave up and ate out . Would recommend the Medsa and Island Restaurant (this is unrelated to the hotel)"
