"Wonderful welcome from wonderful staff. Nothing feels like too much trouble. The standard room was basic but was perfectly sufficient for our needs and cleaned every day. The hotel has a boutique style with 2 nice outdoor pools and one indoor, next to the small but sufficiently equipped gym. "We chose this hotel based on good reviews, room with private Jacuzzi and heated pools. Although the place is clean and staff is very nice, we had a number of problems during our stay. Pools were not heated, Jacuzzi constantly had to be serviced. no hot water to take a shower one morning, smoke-detector waking us up one night and had to call the front desk twice the next day to have it fixed. Parking is not free like the website indicates, I assume they may be referring to street parking outside...
