"Extremely disappointing treatment of a medical emergency I cannot recommend this hotel I am writing this review to warn other travelers about the extremely disappointing experience we had with this hotel. We booked two rooms together with friends. Our friends were able to travel, but unfortunately, we were unable to make the trip due to an acute medical emergency. "Never left a review before but felt this was absolutely needed. What a superb hotel, I’ve stayed in many 5* all inclusive but this is at the top. Service exceptional, food quality was exquisite, I went for the swim up room which was just perfect - I have absolutely no faults and would recommend and come back again in the future.
