"Excellent location for many of Hamburg’s attractions. We had a room with kitchen and washing facilities - everything was efficient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful."

"The front desk person wasn’t super friendly and we were supposed to get a bottle of wine with our stay which we didn’t, but other than that it’s a great place to stay . The room was comfortable, good breakfast, and the washer/ dryer were sending us messages when the cycle was done :) good experience overall"

"ottima posizione per visitare la città. il check-in e check out fatto tramite postazione rende tutto più snello e flessibile. la stanza era spaziosa e ben arredata, completa di tutto il necessario. in 4 giorni di soggiorno però non è mai stata pulita, così come tolta l'immondizia. questo ultimo punto un po' negativo"

"Zimmer hervorragend. Es ist ein Hotel ohne Personal. Wir hatten extra Frühcheck in ab 12 Uhr gebucht. Wir kamen nicht in n das Hotel, da immer wieder angezeigt wurde, dass der Zutritt erst a b 13 Uhr möglich ist. Personal war nicht vorhanden und ans Telefon ging niemand. Wir konnten nicht wie gebucht früher ins Hotel und mussten unsere Koffer mit ins Musical nehmen. Alles sehr ärgerlich und dies nur, weil kein Personal vor Ort war."

"Ich habe 4 Tage im Numa verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen haben mir die angenehme Größe des Zimmers und der tolle Ausblick. Die kleine Küche im Zimmer war ein großer Pluspunkt und hat den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Check-in sowie der Check-out verliefen problemlos und unkompliziert. Sehr praktisch fand ich außerdem die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck nach dem Check-out noch sicher aufbewahren zu...
