Super convenient location if flying from Basel-Mulhouse airport. Only a 10 minute drive to the terminal. Clean hotel with good facilities and plenty of parking spaces

Decent stay. The basic things are available if you just need a room. Rooms are small compared to the price. Small rooms doesn't really make you want to stay in the hotel for long periods of time. It is clean and presentable.

Good hotel and good location to airport

Good place to stay. Need to book shuttle 48 hour ahead and catch it on the French side of airport. Paper cups were eco- friendly, but did not hold up well. Glass or ceramic proffered. Breakfast was good and very well organized.

Clean and close to airport

it's a nice place and close to the airport. However the room is very small and the shower is not functional unless you don't mind cleaning up all the water on the floor each time you shower. The staff were very helpful and did what they could to help.

The hotel seemed new and clean- the condition of the room was quite good and the bed was comfortable. However, we did have some problems. The area around the hotel was nice, but not very convenient for travelers- just a residential neighborhood. There was a problem with the wifi and cell phone service does not reach well into the rooms. Finally, even though there was a sign about the tap water being unclean temporarily, the hotel did not provide any bottled water. We were able to buy water from the vending machine in the lobby.

Robotic hotel without human touch.

There is an auto check-in system which just didnt work. Was stuck outside waiting for 30 mins to check in. Thanks to a gentleman who came out for a smoke he helped me. Even then had to call for help 3 times on helpline to get it working. Tried to arrange the morning airport drop off and the communication from the hotel was poor. But apart from above, just spend one night and the hotel itself was nice, clean & basic. It just felt like one of those robotic hotels without human touch. I hope this is not the future of travelling!

Tried several times to arrange shuttle pick up and drop off but had no success. When we arrived at the hotel the best they could do is offer us a shuttle at 6am, two hours before we needed to be at the airport. The hotel needs a better communication system
