Poor signage to hotel parking area, dirty stained carpet in bedroom shower so hot much difficulty reducing the temperature Wedding party at the venue so disturbed frequently through the night by other guests No soundproofing and lots of banging doors

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa
Staff not attentive and don’t ask how stay was or if any issues. Windows were had condensation on, and thin with outdoor noise. Pillows were flatter than tarmac and no extra pillows in wardrobe. Shower drenched floor and seeped through to hallway.

The property definitely has the WOW factor in terms of location and access to the Silverstone facilities. The cottage was very cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.

Your Apartment Milton Keynes
Don't book with these people. I had a £20 charge invoiced to me with no confirmation of why. After questioning it twice and confirming I didn't request any extras they have now said it was for parking. My account on their app shows I did not have it as part of my stay so I expect this to be refunded. ...
