"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us."

"There were some mechanical issues in the flat such as the front door keypad wasn’t working the first few days. Also, the dryer in the unit does not work. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the elevator was down the first few days. Otherwise, the flat was welcoming and in a great location, it was clean and the attendant was very polite and quick to help when he could."

"Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. "Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,...

The customer service provided through Vrbo / Expedia was exceptional as the accommodation, at Marlin, was identified and booked less than 24 hours before my planned arrival date/time. In effect, the prompt action provided by the customer service team members saved my holiday. The standard of accommodation was excellent value for money...

"Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "
