"İyi yönleri: Otelin yeri çok güzel. Merkeze çok yakın. Çalışanlar eksik olduğunda hızla düzeltiyorlar. Kibarlar.
Oda temiz. Beklenen üzerinde malzeme var, tabaklar ve çatallar gibi. Oda rahat hem balkonda hem içeride masa olarak çok konforlu.
Eksikler: Adadasın ama çatı katında bina arasında küçük bir yerden deniz görebiliyorsun.
Asansör yok. Düğün sonrası düşme olayı yaşadık çıkmak çok zor oldu. Merdivenler dar. Son katta kapıya geldiğinizde ışık olmuyor, cep telefonu kullandık.

"Breakfast for a 5 star was underwhelming with used food from previous day and many stale items. Hard boiled eggs were dirty never seen that anywhere except a 2 star hotel. Scrambled eggs were beyond poorly cooked. Now its hard to keep a good buffet...so this hotel just is suffering from attention to detail not a bad hotel just staff arent that friendly. But there are many of them and some were great. However I personally was insulted 10 times...and im very easy going...so for me to even...

"I wish I had something positive to say, but I was charged twice prior to and after my stay, which is unacceptable. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, with hair left over in the shower. There were no tea cups or glasses in the room either. I don’t think I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Oh and when I asked the concierge to call a cab, he suggested that I walk to the nearby taxi stop with my THREE large suitcases… No words… I hope they give me my refund soon."
