"Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul."

"Excellent staff and breakfast meal"

"Lovely hotel with character and basic amenities. We stayed in a twin deluxe sea view room including train tracks and litter underneath. It would have been better value if I had not paid a premium for this upgrade. The hot water was rusty with debris though cleared after 10 minutes. Hotel is located on a sloped cobblestone path leading to front entrance of 4 or 5 steps which may be difficult for some to access. Inside there are stairs or lift to access different levels. We did not manage to use...

"Property was on a great location"

"Super hotel, The room, the lobby, the service was par excellence. Based of the Emaar Mall. Shopping kept us really happy and truly enjoyed the stay."

"Beautiful place, wonderful Turkish breakfast, and very helpful staff, within a short walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and other attractions and Bazaar in the Old City. Love this place :)"

"Great hotel with fantastic staff and service. We had breakfast included which was a buffet and it had a great variety of options for all ages. The one thing i think could improve on is thier wifi quality. It was great on the ground floor where yubget wifi 7 speeds. However we were on the 4th floor were it was weak and cut out alot. Other than that highly recommend for familys. Will definitely use this hotel again"

"We had a wonderful stay at Story Pera Hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is excellent, especially for anyone visiting Istanbul for the first time. It made exploring the city very convenient. Definitely a great choice for a stay in Istanbul, and I would happily recommend it!"

"All good"

"It’s tiny the room and the shower will not fit a big person"

"Recommend this hotel for visitors."
