"There were ants all over my room especially the bathroom counter. I couldn’t get a full room service of changing bed sheets until Day 3. Which I put my room on their books for it and didn’t get it until Day 5. Which was basically more than half of my stay. Then, once they did do the service, they didn’t refill the soap/shampoo containers. It is a 2 floor hotel but no elevator and I had my baby with me. I had to go up and down with our luggage and him in my arms. Staff were not on the same page and was giving me different answers each time I asked. Overall it was a 1 out of 5 stars."

"It wasn’t anything spectacular but if your looking for a close hotel with a decent hot breakfast that offers shuttle to islands of adventure / studios this one ticks all the boxes."

"Booked the hotel for the express passes at the park, which worked well. Some of the housekeeping and maintenance was a little lacking. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Gardens looked beautiful, sadly we didn't have the weather to explore them. I definitely would not pay the money just for the hotel."

"Only issues I have is they charged for parking . All my years of going to / vacationing at a hotel I pay for parking ."

"They need an update. Nice people, but a rusty ring around the bath drain was off-putting, and the toilet paper was so thin as to almost be clear. The biggest pillow on the bed had a wrinkled pillowcase that almost looked like someone had laid on it, and their air-freshener was…weird. Breakfast was fine and like I said, staff was nice."

"Love the pool and lazy river. The 26$ per day for parking is a bit steep. Especially for us Canadians who have to convert. The rooms are showing their wear. I’ve been there when they first opened and there doesn’t seem to be any room updates. Hot water in shower was an issue, broken closet door. Bathroom very dated and worn."
