"Parking great! Breakfast is okay. Yogurt cereal boiled eggs and bagels. Nothing fresh but okay. The rooms had bugs but i guess it might be normal since they are “cabins” looking rooms"
"We loved our stay at The Inn of Fall River. We stayed in Bear Cabin. It was absolutely perfect. Right on the water, hot tub was clean and lovely, and the cabin was stocked with all the necessities. They even left us some coffee and coffee filters. This place is also very convenient to town and to the RMNP. I highly recommend this place! "
"The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP.
We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us.
Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place!
We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. "
"Property is spacious. Room was very clean. Heater and water temperature worked great. Only issue was that upon arrival, the door to my room was unlocked and the lock did not work. I called the number provided and maintenance arrived promptly to try to fix the issue. After not being able to fix it, I was offered another room. "
"This was a fantastic stay! The pool and hot tub were great temperatures. They weren't too hot or too cold. The pool area was very clean and towels were stacked up ready to be used. Or Room was amazing. I like cool rooms and I'm easily overheated but the temperatures are digitally controlled in their rooms with a fan and heater and also a ceiling fan. There were blackout curtains as well. When i first walked into my accessible room, it was very clean. The temperature was a cool 67 degrees and perfect for me and my teen daughter. The bathroom was clean and plenty of towels were stocked. The amenities were all stocked. The was Firm but comfortable and with fibromyalgia is hard for me to get comfortable on bed and pillows in hotels. Even the pillows were amazing! I LOVED THE PILLOWS!! I've never been able to say that about any hotel I've ever stayed at. Not kidding!. The comforter was thin and i thought I'd be cold with the fan on and 67 degrees but neither one of us are cold, we were cozy actually. It was so weirdly comfortable! All the appliances worked down to the keurig. My only complaint as a coffee drinker, in my room, there wasn't enough creamer and stuff to stay in my room with coffee. But, they have coffee readily available for you an elevator away. 😆 is a silly issue really. The housekeeper even got me a ziploc freezer bag with ice so i could ice my knee!! Amazing visit! Thank you! We'll be back to this hotel!"
"In all honesty we won't be back.
The checkin process was not clear. The sliding glass door entry was difficult, stuck glass door every time. The combo to access didn't work because its a lock box to access loose keys. No clue. The old bed was not comfortable. The pillows were very flat, all 4. There were many signs that the room was not cleaned or poorly cleaned. Actually found some dark hairs under the sheets. The floors were dirty too. Oh and the toilet was extremely low (I'm 5'2") Really disappointed in the run down conditions. We stayed here a few times years ago before it was a self check in property. We didn't expect such run down conditions. Like most of Estes Park now, the accommodations are old, run down, uncomfortable beds and pillows, overpriced for the rooms. It's sad that property owners don't update or improve the quality of their rooms. Most importantly, CLEAN rooms, comfortable beds and decent pillows.
A note * before * booking about check email for required check in info would have been nice. Our room neighbors had the same hiccups upon arrival with poor internet/cell service trying to contact someone. Can't imagine paying Summer prices over $200 per night!"
