"Very clean and spacious room. I’m picky when it comes to hotels and this was very nice! We made this our home base for exploring New River Gorge NP and also went white water rafting. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I had asked for the ability to cancel my reservation. When I tried to do that I was told that there was a penalty to the entire price of the room. I was told I would get a response and I haven't. The staff were good, the red tape was not."

"Room was really gross. One room’s toilet was broken and flooded the room. Stains on the bedspreads and shower was worse than a campground shower. Hair everywhere. Listing included a pool, but it’s clear the pool has been inoperable for ages. Avoid at all cost."
