"My girlfriends & I recently stayed at the Avaton Villas for my bachelorette trip and it was absolutely PERFECT! Eleni, Gianna and the entire staff went above and beyond. Not only did they make arrangements and reservations for us, they gave us excellent recommendations and local insights. "Wardrobe had a light in which kept clicking all night keeping us awake. People outside the hotel used the pool and beach seats making it difficult to get a seat. We did not get to go around the pool. Food choice was very poor if you are a vegetarian. Had the poorest food ever in Skiathos around the pool bar - tasteless chicken and cod bites. "Giannis was excellent - could not have been more helpful. The room itself was beautiful, partner found the bed a little too firm but I thought it was perfect. Free minibar was a nice perk. I wish the pool hours were longer but I understand from a liability perspective. The vending machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. Room was kept lovely and clean! "Beds are less than desirable and pool area could use a good cleaning. Staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to the room so coffee isn’t warm by the time it makes it to you. No soap or toiletries of any kind. This isn’t a place to stay if you struggle with steps."

The amenities ended up being less than what was listed, there are no washers, no parking, wifi sucks, etc. the pool was not clean, the food remained the same every day. It’s far from the main road. "This hotel was incredible. Our room was cleaned and bed made every day, they had such a clean private pool, great sun beds. I had the COLDEST, most satisfying draught beer there with a frosted glass, so amazing on these hot days. The communication with the host was very prompt. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. They also have breakfast AYCE 8am-10am for 10€, great value."
