"Spacious room and friendly staff. The check-in hostess greeted us warmly. Breakfast was good and the location is excellent. We definitely recommend this place."

"BIG room!!!!! Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast!"

"We stayed here after photographing a wedding nearby for a ten hour day. We were exhausted. The room was nearly $200 for the one night. The TV didnt work and there was a dead cockroach in the corner of the room."

"Nice hotel, beautiful view."

"The water never got hot in the shower and there was a roach on the bedside table."

"The place was beautiful, we had a great stay. Driving up to the cabin was an experience."

"It appears the hotel went through a recent renovation. Everything looked newer and was very clean. Conveniently and close to anything you would want to do in the North Georgia area."

"The ac unit would not work and could not be adjusted we had to get the guy had to come in there literally pull it apart had unit laying on the floor to be able to adjust and it was like that all weekend till we got ready to leave my husband put it back together before we left"

"The bathrooms need to be updated. The room itself is too small. You have to climb into the bed because you’re so high. The tissues was in there by the refrigerator instead of by the bed."

"This property is well positioned around several food options, it’s new but our room was not vacuumed well and the staff were not welcoming at check in and slow to keep breakfast items stocked .. breakfast was mediocre at best .. did like the layout of the room"

"The room was dirty and the shower was gross. They obviously think if you have dogs you are okay with dirt. They charged me a lot for cleaning fee for 2 service dogs. They were rude when we ask for a refund on that money. They are not using the cleaning fee money to clean dog friendly rooms.. The outside shell of establishment was good. The interior needs some love. I hope I can add pictures. The late night clerk went over and above to help me out with my Expedia to hotel issues. I do...

"The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!"

"Dogwood Inn is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy made us feel genuinely welcome. Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests. The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat...

"I had planned to eat in the dining room, but it had buffets for both dinner and breakfast and we tried it for dinner and the food was not good. So we had to drive 30 minutes for breakfast before a hike which was not planned- so don’t count on the food. Otherwise beautiful location beds were comfy. Also don’t count on a view, depending on the weather it could be completely foggy and you don’t even know there’s mountains."

"Wonderful place with comfortable surroundings and clean cabin! "

"Great staff, great location. Can run to Blairsville or Blue Ridge quickly."

"Place was very relaxing , will definitely be back ."
