"We entered our room to find one of the two beds with an old sheet that was straightened up, the bathroom was filthy, had blood under the toilet seat, shower had lots of hair in it, and the floor was filthy. We opened the fridge to find the previous occupants food left in there. The lady at the counter was kind and tried to do her best. They refused a refund, will not stay again"

They didn’t have a safety box for valuables, it was a problem for going out and having to carry computers laptops etc. When asked at the front desk they were shocked I was asking for one"

"The room was stinky like wet. The tile was broken and the carpet was old. The walls were very dated. We did see a very large roach run across our floor, so they will need to spray. It is Texas, so we get it. The staff was very helpful and professional. Very pleasant. The parking was so monitored by 4 cameras because of previous break ins. But it is Dan Antonio right. So they took measures to protect their customers. We literally took everything out of our rental car at night. So everything...
