Pensions in Higashiibaraki District

Quite far away from popular places like Ieyasu tomb & Edo Wonderland but worth the travel, especially when driving. Closest convenient store is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and able to communicate excellent English. Another nice thing is they provided us with local sweets every morning with 1000 Yens voucher for nearby stores discount.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night but was very impressed. Only a short walk from the train station. Room was a good size. Didn't get to have breakfast due to an early train the next morning. Walking through the station car park there are a few gyoza restaurants, I had dinner in one and it was surprisingly good. I'm unlikely yo stay in Utsunomiya again but would recommend this hotel and will certainly look at Daiwa Roynet hotels in future.

I have been to Mito four times and used this hotel twice . Its is conveniently situated and would use it again.

Room cleaning has three levels, No clean, Eco Clean then full clean you can opt foe either with a sticker placed on your door each morning. Ecven with No clean you will receive a bag with a full set of towels bottle of water a d clean pjs. Hotel could hardly be closer to Mito station, just 2 mins walk. All the shopping you need within walking distance. The bus station is close by too
