"They lost my reservation when I checked in on October 22nd. The wall above the heater had been repaired and needed repairing again (shoddy repair). The door latch in the bathroom was missing and the shower needed a more thorough scrubbing."

"Good"

"There was not anything unique about the property. It was an older hotel which we will stay at on occasion. The problem came when we entered our room and had to kill three roaches within the first five minutes. It was very late, so we did not call the front desk. Hotels were in short supply because of the time of year(Keeneland.) We did not bother to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast...if there are roaches in the room, there are most definitely roaches in the kitchen."

"Cute boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Concrete floors in the suite needed a rug in the bedroom."

"Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t try the breakfast but we will next time. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice! I had two 6 year old boys with me and they had such a fun time with the front desk crew. I appreciated their welcome and patience with 2 rambunctious boys! The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The boys used the pool and had a blast!"

"Homeless people sleeping in parking lot, Report of Bed bugs"

"Very clean! Great breakfast and easy parking! Will stay there again"

"When we got there our room was not ready we were told 20 minutes. Other people even those who did not have a reservation checked in ahead and we waited finally a man came over and asked why are you sitting here. Waiting on my room. Discovered the guy who said it was not ready didn’t tell anyone we were waiting and he left even thought he came over and told us twice it would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes Sink in bathroom was stopped up when we got there never worked...
