We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra.

"Amazing comfortable room with a view. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony. Check in a breeze and allowed us in our room early. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back as loved our experience here. Only let down was a lack luster breakfast but as we were not there at a very busy time of year it might have contributed. "Great service. We forgot our passports in a restaurant and the hotel manager and staff were extremely helpful in contacting the restaurant for us. we were able to get them back by 7:30am even though the restaurant doesn't open until 10am.
They were also very pleasant and not pushing for 5-star reviews like most other hotels and tours we took. Seemed very genuine and were interested in us having a good time.
