"We asked for the room to be cleaned two out of the 4 nights we stayed and nobody ever came the whole time. They slip a small piece of paper in with your room key that says you have to specifically ask for your room to be cleaned. Even after that first night (after we figured that out), we specifically asked and our room still wasn’t cleaned."

"We had another wonderful stay, this is our third year of coming for Labor Day weekend. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us with an early check in. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a full kitchen that we used for breakfast every day. "Hot tub, sauna, and pool were all closed. This was not disclosed until after the booking was made... which was quite disappointing since I booked the place specifically for that.
The place has AC units in the windows, which bring in a lot of outside noise, especially if its raining. The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain. The blanked provided for the pull out bed was very poor quality, rough, and itchy. The carpets smelled of mildew.
I will not be staying here again."

"The unit itself was nice. It was clean. The balcony and balcony furniture were very dirty. There were leaves and rubbish all over. This unit overlooks the hot tub, that had people in it. Sadly, we were told it was closed and thus had no suits to enjoy it. The unit was in the second building. It’s a long trek from the front of the first building to the end of the back building. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The location on Main Street was great."
