"The room was not clean. I had to ask for a new shower curtain because globs of shampoo (I hope) was there when I took a shower. Hair was all behind the toilet. Carpet was dirty. I was extremely disappointed. The police came two times for the same couple who became violent with each other. We were promised they would be leaving after the first call for police. It was not worth the money I spent. Would not recommend this hotel. Our family used the common areas often and we cleaned the tables...

"Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"

"For the price, this was a clean hotel but customer service was not high on their list of duties. Coffee in the lobby was never put out before 7am, when they cleaned the room on day 3 they didn’t fill the shampoo/conditioner or make the beds, towels were regularly unavailable at the pool, tv remote in one room didn’t work, too the employee over an hour to find a working remote, there was no blow dryer and employee had to take from another room. As well, the employee charged the card I had put...

"Friendly staff and very clean. When we first arrived, we just missed social hour, but the lady serving up the appetizers offered all that they had left to us. We actually ate that for supper and watched two of our favorite TV shows in the lobby. Very sweet people! Great experience!"

"There is no one at the front desk. There's not really a front desk. During normal business hours, there was very often a sign on the door saying they "stepped out" and had a phone number to call. Outside of business hours, the place was completely unstaffed. I did not feel safe there. The 1st night, I had to take my dog outside around 2:15am. After we walked outside, a man appeared inside, directly in front of the door. I never heard a hotel door open or close. He was acting very suspicious....
