"This location is in a great location if you don’t want to stay in downtown Chicago. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is questionable. We experienced blood stain sheets upon our arrival. There were several spiders in the rooms on the floor and windows. Additionally the beds seem old and are very uncomfortable. The biggest highlight were the staff that supported breakfast. They were very nice, friendly, and responsive to the needs of the guests.
I wouldn’t recommend staying at this Hyatt if...

"This location does not have an elevator. Even though it's just 2 stories they still need an elevator. No breakfast. The courtyard was under construction so no access.we had a balcony,however no chairs were on the balcony. The doors to the rooms slammed unless you held it. It was construction debris in the front of the building. Not a fan of this location. Highly NOT recommended!"
