Pool was green when we arrived which was upsetting because I called the hotel before booking to ensure the pool was open etc. They were cleaning it though and by the next day it was blue and was open for use. AC didn’t blow as cold as I would have liked but they did offer to switch our room or give us two fans and I just took the two fans. Overall it was a good experience, breakfast had a lot on the menu and the girl at the desk went above and beyond."

"Hotel is in need of an update. I would give it 3 stars. Floors were sticky, furniture beat up, outlets were worn to the point plugs would slide out, and room gave off a seedy vibe. Ick! Not my cup of tea and I will not check in here again if possible. Also, I’m not into gambling but the parking lot noise from gamblers that went all night did affect my stay as well. Car alarm blasting, loud engine revs, and yelling to others in the parking lot throughout the night did not enable a good...

"When arriving Q was very attentive to our needs. When we got into our room, we saw there was no soap in the showers. The chair in the room was dirty so I had to put a towel down to sit on it. Parking was OK. Didn’t eat the breakfast. We just had coffee."
