"Gregg was fantastic at the front desk. Our family took up about five rooms. The lobby had a really nice TV area where we were able to gather us in the evening. CJ was very helpful during breakfast. She made me decaf coffee . It is not a normal thing for the hotel. Please hotel brew a pot of decaf every day!!"

"Very clean property. However, if you are disabled there is zero help. There are no auto door controls, narrow entryways. "The price was good and the room was clean. The hotel could use some updates but overall it was fine for a pre cruise stay and cheaper than staying in Seattle.
