"My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. "what I like was it was close to places that we needed to go what I didn’t like was they never would give us a towel that we needed. We had to go out and ask and ask and they said they’re in the dryer. They never got them to us."

I bought the “meal pass” which was a rip off. $175 for $120 credits for food and it was not explained by the employees. They said it covered breakfast, lunch and dinner. "Arrived late in the evening and it took 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. With the additional stops getting to the property a couple of miles away took a total of 45-50 minutes. The staff could have informed it would be ~30 minutes instead of he’s on the way. Other shuttle services came through minimally 2 times before ours came once and a couple came 3 times. Unacceptable."
