"This is an older hotel that has had a decent attempt at updating. The carpet and lightling is outdated. There is no microwave in the room and not enough power outlets. The bed was noisy and the mattress could stand to be replaced. There was a good selection of free breakfast items for those who choose to eat there. I did not use the pool but others seemed to enjoy it. Parking was difficult as there is not much near the entrance and the rest is downhill, which makes it hard to climb the slope...

"The st. Michael's hotel is nice over all but lacks in basic amenities. The shower pressure was horrible and if you wanted a bath it would run you 65 dollars for a deep soak which you have to reserve with staff the day before. I stayed 2 nights and ran out of towels the first day. The first night was my daughter and I then the next my new husband and I for our honeymoon night so we needed new towels. I was hoping for coffee in the room and alas no coffee in the rooms and the lobby bar stop...

"Terrible experience from the get-go. Before I booked the hotel I called ahead to make sure there was adequate parking for my truck and my trailer. The staff said that they had reserved Trailer parking for me upon arrival. When I did arrive, there was zero parking for the truck in the trailer and the one parking spot that they called “trailer parking“ had two regular vehicles parked in the spots. Hard being blue collar going where the work is, even harder coming “home” end of the day and having staff looking and treating us bad.
