"Great place"

"This place is basically a time capsule from 1987. The rooms haven’t changed since Reagan was president, but I’ll give credit where it’s due—they were actually surprisingly clean. The blanket is about as thick as a paper towel, so the room turned into the Arctic overnight. The outside, however… wow. The balcony felt like I was one bad decision away from starring in a safety training video. The outdoor carpet is covered in debris, the stucco is crumbling off the walls, and the whole exterior...

"Unable to find parking on property. One truck took up ELEVEN spaces. Other business lots in area plentiful but posted unavailable. Place is in immediate vicinity of BYU and LDS temple. I do not recommend except for temple participants and college parents."

"Everything was clean the staff was nice there is just one thing that has never happened before at this Motel and we stay here all the time when we go fishing. The first night we stayed the next morning everything was good we always park in the spaces they have for trailers because we have a boat and that’s where the staff have told us to park but the second night we got t the lake and someone had messed with the plug on the boat so we couldn’t use it this is the only place we had parked it. "It was ok, breakfast was pretty limited and not the best."

"The rooms were both super hot when we checked in in the evening and it was very late before the AC caught up. Given that it was 104 degrees the hotel should have managed this issue properly."

"The hotel is very nice and well maintained including the rooms and outdoor spaces and lobby. The staff were very friendly as well."

"We were in a room next to the elevator and the lights would dim every time the elevator moved. Had we been staying longer, we would have asked for a different room."

"The property was what I expected. In the morning while putting on my shoes I noticed blood splatter in the dust ruffle. Also I expected a better quality breakfast. It was very institutional in taste and texture. Inspite of the issues I will probably continue to use Best Western."

"We didn't have a shower curtain so had to ask the front desk and they handed us one... so we had to hang it ourself. That was a first. BUT everything else was great, clean rooms, great staff, good breakfast. Also only 2 elevators and one was down one night and took a long time to get to our room. Hotel was packed that night. Found out after the fact we could have used the service elevator down a different hall."

"The hallways smell dogs, the toilet didn't flush, no trash liner in the container, the front desk was very responsive and they gave as a new room Second room , the shower was not clean it had hairs on the walls They were two lamps with with twisted prongs unable to plug the lamps on the sockets Surprised by the dclined as we have been in many of your facilities before, never had this problems"

"The room was pretty nice for the price but the whole place wreaked of marijuana smoke the marijuana smell is really prevalent. Everything else was OK maybe the shower curtain in the bathroom had mold on the bottom of it"
