"Very bad service"

"According to the front desk staff, housekeeping only cleans every other day. Had to ask for clean towels for my shower, the shower that has mildew growing in it & a broken, just hanging off the wall, shelf. No one bothered to pick the wine glass up off of the floor next to the bed from the previous guest or vacuum up the trash they left behind. If you don’t want to be completely grossed out, don’t look behind the tv/dresser. This is where all miscellaneous items & trash goes to die because they...

"No one should book this hotel. We booked this place through Expedia thinking it’s a good deal. But at the time of arrival they said no rooms are available contact Expedia to make some alternative arrangements. Although it says free wi-fi but signal was so poor we couldn’t even use the browser to contact Expedia. Lobby bathroom didn’t even have soap. It’s a rundown place. Carpet was very dirty. Many people were turned around while we were there. The receptionist was telling 70 people were...

"The staff was incredibly nice and everything was good. However, the bathroom in our room reeked of cigarettes like someone had just smoked in there. There was no switch to turn the fan on. All of our towels reeked of cigarettes as well. The staff said they couldn’t move us to another room because they were fully booked, understandable, and they sent someone in to spray the bathroom with Lysol. Besides that everything was good. Again, the staff was incredibly nice, but the bathroom killed it"

"The staff was courteous and helpful and the facility was clean and orderly. One of our bathroom floor tiles was cracked and gave a soft feeling to it when walking on it. The shower was fair with dated shower fixtures, but worked well. The breakfast was OK with minimal choices. No home fries and no fresh fruit. Overall, I would rate the hotel as decent with some areas that could be improved."

"Our room was very nice and spacious. Large TV and roomy space. The bed was very comfy. We were very tired when we arrived and there was a restaurant right next door where we got Take out. Very nice breakfast bar the next morning. Would recommend."

"The hotel was awesome, the room was better than we expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again."

"Clean and wonderful staff"

"The hotel was overall good. I only stayed one night. The TV did not work, but I didn't need it and did not report it. Breakfast was good. I often book at Holiday Inn because it is good and this one was good too, just the TV issue. I must say that the bed was super comfortable. More so, than other Holiday Inn hotels. That was a big plus!"

"Very clean and accommodating"
