"I have used Expedia for many years and rarely complain, but this stay was unacceptable. As a longtime Expedia VIP customer, I would not want another traveler to experience what happened to us.
We checked in around 5 p.m. Before seeing the room, I asked the front desk if a better room was available and said I was willing to pay extra. I was told there was nothing available.
