"The room was very clean but the carpets had large dark stains and the bedding was fairly tattered. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was expecting a beautiful garden and entrance from the description on your website- it was nice but not kept and all the plants were overgrown. A lot of trash.
Could’ve been from the adjacent construction zone too.
Best place to stay in downtown St. Paul."

"Upon entering our room there was a previous guest's underwear left hanging on the door, the floors in the elevator and hallways look like they haven’t been vacuumed in some time, the pool tile floor needs to be properly mopped/ cleaned, it was gross and it is not supposed to be that color, the grates around the pool were nasty, like slimy and had a lot of stuff in them. I reached out to Expedia and the hotel with no responses..."
