The restaurants food was really good but they take such a long time for anything , the lady in the reception didn’t give us any clear instructions of anything, what the hotel was like or nothing, the hot water doesn’t last longer than 5 minutes , the room were very clean , the hotel itself was very clean

Rooms are clean. The staff was very friendly and gave an amazing service, the pool area is very pretty, the food in the restaurant was amazing and delicious, everything I tried was unbelievable delicious, thanks to chef Chino!. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay

Great hotel out of the way. Amazing staff from the receptionist to the restaurant and store staff. Great overall experience. Food was excellent and well priced.

I stayed here at Habana for the first time and it is a very beautiful and modern hotel. The staff were very kind and always willing to help. They have a breakfast option and they have a beautiful restaurant/bar downstairs. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Dinner options were excellent. Evenings were busy in the restaurant but it did not disrupt any of my peace upstairs! Excellent!

I stayed in this property before and the service and everything was excellent but this time around it was poor. Nobody went to clean my room until I asked for service. No clean towels, I had to asked for it when I arrived to the hotel. I went to shower on one of the mornings and there was no water at all. I had to used water bottles for me and my toddler. My experience was very poor staying at the hotel this time around and I was there for 6 days and 5 nights.

I drew four hours to get to the hotel. I showed them my passport, my wife and they did not let me check in because I did not have an ID for my five year old knowing that when you have a kid, you don’t have no ID at all for them they treated me bad And they didn’t have no consideration that I was with a baby and I want a full refund back I felt so disrespectful because I had to sleep in my car because I was not able to get a room that night. Had to wait till the next day to to be able to get something.

very nice and EXCELLENT PLACE, staff very friendly, amicable, very concerned about everything feel like family I was astonished seeing the hotel general manager went toward to me every day while I was getting breakfast to ask me how was my sleeping, how I feel in general very concern about your staying there they show you they really care about you. and on my last day, she bid me farewell inviting me back and for sure I recommended this hotel had better condition than the resorts very convenient to go to Punta Cana, Bayahibe, La Romana, and Santo Domingo very convenience. mi gente less recomiendo a ojos cerrados este Hotel es un lugar encantador muy limpio con mejores condciones queue los mismos resorts todo incluido, el personal muy familiar te tratan como familiar te llaman por tu nombre muy atentos en todo la gerente general fue cada dia mientras yo tenia mi desayuno a preguntarme como habia sido mi noche,como estaba como estaba la estancia hasta el moment una experiences inolvidable

If I could give 10 stars for the staff I would. The front desk agents, the manager, the chef, the waitress were all so nice and went out of their way to make sure I'd get to my next destination properly and that I was safe. The room was really nice, new and clean with everything you need. Breakfast was really good. I loved the mangú. And they give you 2 complimentary water bottles, which I thought was a really nice touch. If you're a light sleeper, the hotel is located right by the highway so it might not be the best option because it's noisy at night. Also, the fact that the security guard had a shotgun at night made me feel unsafe because it gave me the impression that the area wasn't safe. So a suggestion would be not to great guests with the shotgun in hand maybe. That being said, just because all the staff was SO nice, I'd book there again. Thank you so much everyone :)
