He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! "I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here."

"Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience "
