"A few warnings for travelers. Overall, it’s okay for a family of five, but be aware: 1. Staff & Ratings: Staff are generally good, but they manipulate reviews. A staff member approached my teenager, complimented her hair, then asked for her phone to rate the hotel on multiple platforms. This inflates their scores. Parents should check if their teens were targeted and delete those ratings. 2. Food: There are three monitored locations. You must give your room number and guest count each time. You cannot take food to go, eat on the beach, or bring a meal to a sick family member. If someone misses the window, they wait until the next meal. Quality is average with repetitive options. 3. Structure: The lobby is small; service is not proactive, you have to flag down staff for drinks. We stayed in a "Premium Suite." While spacious, the bathroom door didn’t close, and the shower lacked a door or curtain, offering no privacy. Noise from slamming doors in other rooms is also an issue."

"This hotel was amazing so beautiful from the shiny chandeliers to the beautiful clean marble floors to the elegant staircase. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The grounds were kept spotless, clean and beautiful. I never seen a hotel so clean and the staff were very friendly very helpful. Food was delicious from the buffet to the excellent cuisine. Restaurants to the steakhouse above expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The pool area was great. The accommodations at the pool were wonderful. Lots of entertainment. Loved the water aerobics in the morning shout out to Babyface who was one of the DJs/instructors teaching salsa dancing to organizing bingo and plenty other activities by the pool, he was fabulous, wonderful and great personality to get the people going making everyone comfortable and having a great time the staff by the pool and bartenders Lester are our bartender greeted us all day and night with a smile such a great personality kept everybody happy and smiling our butler that we had. Michael was wonderful. Went out of his way to please us did everything and anything that we needed. It was fabulous. I’m telling you I would definitely recommend this hotel. Had a wonderful time."
