"I had driven from Chicago on my was to Austin. I was ready to take a walk and get into that bed! Took me a second to figure out what the deal was, they sent me to a gated parking tower, for free parking. Definitely drop your bags first if you are going to use their parking, it’s a little trek through the tower to the hotel, but again, GATED and FREE. My room was clean and comfy, the bed was wonderful. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The neighborhood is adorable…I was just there for...

"HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! ROOM 161 was ROACH INFESTED!!!!! Called front desk for bug spray was advised that they did not have any. However, young lady did offer to move me. I truly regret not taking her up on that offer. I figuredI would just stay one night instead of two, besides I'm sure my belongings were already contaminated. So I had a friend bring me a brand new can of raid and I battled it out all night. By morning, no live roaches and a near empty can of raid. I stayed the second day mostly...

"Arrived at 330. Check in was not until 4. Had to stand in foyer for 10 minutes waiting to get checked in as there was only one staff member and there was a current customer complaining about the service they had received in their room and how disappointed they were with the hotel. The lady at the desk took my number and said she would call when a room was ready. I checked back at 4, 4:15 and 4:30 with a room still not ready. I checked back around 4:45 and a room was ready and they never called...
