Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and a good size although there were some bits of maintenance that needed doing but it didn’t spoil our stay. They do need to sort out the hot water if only to reduce their water bills 10 mins to get hot water to the shower was too long

The staff are great and the room was amazing! Sadly I could hear a lot of noise from the people sleeping above and all I could hear was their feet stamping around at 5:00 a.m, only managed to get 3 hours sleep

When we got our first room there was a hole in the bath as is not the plug hole... there was a reception, we went to the staff and they gave us the other room next to it. and that was okay..... The only thing about that room is the fact that the lights were all on one switch and and it was cold because ...
