"It was a decent stay overall but during our one night stay the a/c broke down and leaked all over. The water pressure in the shower was low. It was clean enough and the stuff was very accommodating. Free parking was a bonus but it felt a bit unsafe."

"Not a bad stay for the price. Very convenient location with uber being $10 to Broadway at peak hours. It’s an older hotel and it shows, but it was decently clean. Traffic is awful at rush hour, but that is just Nashville. Breakfast is available, but it is not good. Staff were very helpful. Would stay here again!"

"This is a newer building and it was clean. The rooms were smaller than most hotels in this price range. The breakfast was light. Eggs, potatoes and a meat. Cereal, fruit and yogurt but no waffles. Coffee and tea is offered 24-7 but there is no coffee pot in the room. In the future I will probably stay at a different location."

"Its a beautiful new hotel. Great gym and beautiful pool. The only thing that does not fit in is the front desk staff. They were very dismissive, lazy and rude. They would rather gossip among themselves than assist you.
When I tried to buy something from the small store they have upfront , the front desk staff at first looked upset because I interrupted her conversation with two other co-workers, than told me thats a 3rd party store and she cant help me pay for it and I should go somewhere else...
