Motels in Hillsborough County

"Breakfast isn't included, you have to pay extra. Our room had two trash cans but no bags. My key card didn't work straight off so that had to be fixed. Pool is A LOT small than the pictures lead you to think. I was expecting more high-end for the price but you could see the wear on the carpet,pieces of tile missing. Took forever to get even warm water and no microwave in the room."

"Microwave did not work when arrived. Had to go to front desk to heat food. Worker came up and did a temp fix the next day but cut the power to the mini fridge and then had to throw all food out in the morning. "

"Build is not maintained. Trash and abandoned vehicles in the lot. Broken windows!!!"

"Stains on curtains , out dated bathroom , indoor pool wasn’t set up (but wasn’t told ) "

"It would have been nice if the pool area had closed for kids under sixteen. In from 8 to 10 adult, swimming had time without a bunch of kids."

"There was construction on our floor a worker had to take down plastic to let us in the hall to our room. No one not even the front desk told us. The pool was also closed but we were told we could walk across the street to another hotel to use their pool. Ridiculous and terrible experience. Also there was nothing on hotels.com informing us of this either. Very disappointed in both the facility and booking site !!! "
