"No maid service."

"The room was nice, hotel clean, gym area was okay - 2 treadmills that rattled a little. My niece and her boyfriend enjoyed the indoor pool and they had very nice outdoor areas. The only issue I had was that my tub would not drain properly and even though I reported it, they did not resolve. I had to steadily turn the shower off to allow it to drain so that it didn’t end up around my ankles. That to me is gross and should have been a priority once reported."

"I do not recommend this hotel. We booked a two queen bed room through Expedia. We have three small children as well as my husband and myself. Upon arrival we were given a room with one king bed. The hotel claimed that Expedia sent the wrong information to them, and even though my receipt said two queen beds, they would not honor it. "Room was clean, however there was a weird exposed wire on the night stand and after 3 different requests, the staff never provided a cot for my son, luckily we made the king bed work."

Both thermostats were set in the low 60s, and the temperature only occasionally got down close to 70 degrees. "This place used to be nice years ago, but had extremely gone downhill sadly. the windows of room were extremely dirty (we had a doorwall on 1st floor) the glass was so bad I tried to take hot water to clean it myself. "My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves. "So lost power walking up 3 flights of stairs they could have covered the new parking fee 10 dollars a day not happy 3 huge lots in suburbs should not be charged no lights in parking lot while we were there don’t think I will stay there again after this not happy at all."

"The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom shower was clogged and water stood around your feet while showering. There were large crumbs on the microwave stand, and rust inside the microwave. The housekeeping cart was abandoned and sat in the 2nd floor hallway for two days."

"It was really dirty, loud people screaming and chasing each other outside. Women screaming on her phone. Room wasn’t clean. Loud noises in the early morning construction happening on the 2nd floor where I stayed. The debris and smoke from the equipment the guy was working on and even kids coughing and staff eyes hurting. Horrible experience."
