Definitely not a 4 star stay.
"The cutleries were dirty. Asked them to change it for a clean one but were given dirty cutlery again. Food was not of good standard."

Decent stay
"Decent stay- not like a proper 5 star as you would expect. Service is good and staff is responsive and polite. Although aircon stopped working at middle of the night and someone tried to fix it 2-3 times in the morning but nothing happened though it was time to checkout."
