"The rooms were clean, the staff accommodating. I did spent long enough to explore the amenities like the gym, pool , laundry and the others I have been staying at the hotel whenever I am in Toronto and connecting to flights. I would definitely go back."

"The hotel itself is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful, nice lobby area. Rooms are nice. If you can get a room on the east side, you can plane watch as they take off and land, which is cool if you are interested in that. My only area of caution to other travelers is regarding the hotel shuttle. Please allot yourself ample time regarding the shuttle. This is not an on-demand shuttle. It operates on a hourly window. It was a 45 minute wait at Pearson for pick up, and when I called, I was told I would get a call back when the shuttle would arrive and to go inside the terminal to sit. I never received a call and luckily checked myself. When going back to the airport, it runs hourly, and you have to make sure to tell the front desk the night before so they can book you space on it, otherwise it can fill up. The shuttle is extremely tight, and is not exactly next to the airport, about a 20-25 minute drive. The shuttle experience is the reason for losing the 2 stars. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. "
