"This Omni didn’t wow me like other hotels around the same price point. You’re really just paying for the beach access and pools, not spectacular facilities and staff. We weren’t given a room until 5pm, so we had to wait around for an hour past check-in time. The Prime restaurant food and staff were terrible, definitely not worth the money. "

"Pools, beach, spa, all excellent; however, guests go up two flights of stairs to the lobby. Out front is just a circular drive for drop off. So every time you go to the car it is up and down stairs, including taking your luggage. Not really for seniors. It was not the usual lobby to say the least."

"This was our 8th year's staying at this resort. We always have an amazing time. The staff is great, the grounds are beautiful, the beach is right there and clean. The tiki bar and restaurant are amazing and security is friendly and helpful. However, the condo we stayed in was horrible. Dirty, the screen didnt close all the way, the beach chairs and umbrella were rusty and broken, there were 2 hornets nests on the balcony which made it difficult to enjoy the beach front location. The shower know was so corroded and dingy and sharp that my husband cut his finger just trying to turn it on. For the first time at this resort, no soap was provided for hand washing. The couch is so old and dated it is so hard to even sit on. Big thumbs down for this condo. Also, yhe hall lights outaide in the hall are right outside your bedroom window. It was like trying to sleep during the day! Sad, bc this was our first stay at admirals row and we won't bother trying it again. There was nothing Admiral about this condo aside from the view."

"The Check out sign hanging on the wall says check out is at 12:00 so when I was like that’s great the girl at the desk was so rude and said oh that’s wrong it’s definitely 11 but I’m like it says 12 .. she was just rude .. breakfast was supposed to go to 10 got there at 9:45 it was literally all put away . But otherwise nice rooms . Clean"

"The hotel was very nice. Parking was super easy, checking in was easy and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast had a lot of things to choose from which was nice. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. The only thing they could work on is cleaning up the common areas, the elevator and the breakfast area. "
