"The man who checked us in was pleasant and kind. He had to deal with a man who was lingering outside the hotel & kept coming in. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest. Our room was loud, we could hear music from the casino close by, doors constantly slamming and I don't know if it was a car backfiring or gun shots that we heard a few times. "Checked in at 4:00pm and dropped our stuff off in the room. Went to the Orioles game and when we came back our keys wouldn’t work to get in the room. Went to the front desk and was told they moved us to another room. No one contacted me and our stuff was in the original room. "Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the neighboring room was extremely noisy with constant door slamming. Staff did nothing after we complained, so we could barely sleep. There was also no safe for valuables. Overall, I would not recommend staying here."
