Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick. On a number of occasions I have been allocated a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the rest of my colleagues. When I queried this at check in, I was advised there were no other rooms available. "I booked a single room with twin bed but upgraded to a double bed and got a better room. The room itself was quite dark, except for first thing in the morning when the sun lit up the room and the bathroom, which was nice. The bedroom had only one central light (quite dark) and one bedside light, with no lighting over by the desk where the kettle/tea/coffee were, which was a little awkward.
