Absolutely beautiful stay! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we thought it was incredible value for money. We loved the size of the room, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room service we ordered. All the staff we met were lovely and so helpful. The spa was absolutely amazing. So relaxing! Beautiful and spotless room and bathroom, even though tge lighting was maybe a bit on the dim side , breakfast was very good and plentiful and all staff that we had contact with were very pleasant and professional. Car parking with a blue badge was free and a pleasant surprise.

Rooms are epic but the staff were just incredible best service I’ve had in a very long time. Front desk were a dream spring my taxi & dinner and have a VIP lounge I can work in. Tommy at dinner was lovely and it made our visit to Liverpool extra special. Looking forward to my next trip.

Dockside view room Was amazing with plenty of space , a living area with settee and bathroom was roomy with large shower and seperate bath . Hotel is a bit far out but worth it . Book the pool before you go as we were disappointed not to get in as it was full
