"The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and the location near the station was very convenient. The only issue we encountered was the elevator, as the wait times were too long. I hope the hotel can address this to improve the overall guest experience. "

"All are very good! Just few steps to Ikebukoro Station. Many convenience stores nearby. Staffs all are very warm and helpful. Room very clean no matter it is a years hotel. There is airport bus in front lobby hotel to Haneda and Narita. Only rate a bit high... Thank you "

"Amazing stay ! I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to shibuku, or anywhere nearby to plan their stays around Fresa inn! Not only are the staff super friendly and go up and beyond , but the rooms are nice clean , breakfast was amazing , and area was so close to subways stations and other tourist areas. Also fyi , they offer so many free amenities that can dramatically decrease your packing such as : shampoo , face lotion , sunscreen but also lovely extras such as hair wax , razors and face masks ! Just go and book it you won’t regret it !"
