"Really lovely apartment. Hadn’t expected separate sitting room but it proved perfect for entertaining my son and his friends for drinks before going out for dinner. Kitchen perfectly kitted out with espresso machine, microwave. Dishwasher and even champagne flutes. Slippers and robe another nice touch (robes are a bit small). This is our 3rd stay at an Urban Creations apartment and there is no need to look any further if staying in Bristol."

"Communication beforehand was excellent with all instructions very clear The apartment and parking were central and easy to access The accommodation was luxurious, clean and well equipped - the bed was amazing. A great stay and the staff we met and liaised with were friendly, smiley and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. "

"excellent location. Parking free from 3pm - 9am right outside the door. Very nicely renovated, good cooking facilities. Very friendly and helpful owner. Only downside for us was the bed is next to the wall so not so easy to get in and out of as a couple when you are old like us."

"Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room...
