"The room was exceptionally clean. Bottled water was provided. The front desk reception was warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off twice during our stay. We could not figure out how to find all the flights of steps going down. Many people especially in the morning were in the same situation. A staff member helped us to the service elevator. When we finally made it down to breakfast just a little after 9 there was hardly any food left."

"Mostly fine, but bathroom had a lot of hair in it when I checked in. No microwave in the room, but 2 small ones in the lobby."

"We had a very nice stay here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool is well kept and heated. The rooms are very nice with a good layout and very clean and everything you could need for your stay. Breakfast is very good too and the hotel is convenient to walk to the Aquarium and Coca cola museum."

"Hotel was in very good condition, Accommodating staff, clean room and good shower. Of the 3 complimentary breakfasts I had on this trip this hotel’s was the best. I was exhausted from the road when I arrived and it was so nice to have a Carrabba‘s literally 450 feet from the hotel entrance. The only negative was a LOT of road noise from the Interstate very noticeable in the room. Bring some kind of white noise maker. "

"I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay. At first I was terrified because of the reviews. I’m assuming management addressed them expeditiously since the reviews I read were recent. It’s located in the Battery and a premiere location. Waffle House and Wendy’s are literally steps away. So is the sky jumping facility. The room was clean and there were no bedbugs as other guests had complained of. Also the room was not that much out of date as claims in other reviews. Could update the flooring and remove the carpeting and also update the shower with a walk in but other than that it good. The bathroom and room were well lit unlike previous reviews. Also the elevators were working unlike claimed in previous reviews Although one wasn’t working our first 2 days there, but not a big deal. The pool however was still closed for repairs, so that was a bummer. Breakfast was good also. Good options. Management was nice. We got extra towels and toothpaste with no hassle. We overall enjoyed our stay."
