"This property really is a hidden gem. Very clean and staff comes in to clean at the same time everyday if you want it. There isn’t staff available all day, however they answer a text through the app quickly. Very roomy and perfect for my trip. I would stay again. "

"This property met my expectations and was perfect for our needs. It’s a very reasonably priced hotel about 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions of Florence. The staff was truly friendly and helpful. Though a bit dated and shabby, our two rooms were impeccably clean, sheets and towels crisp and fresh, and the AC unit new and efficient. The hotel is very well located within 10 to 20 minutes walk of most major sites in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good supplying everything except eggs and reasonably priced at €8.00. We have vowed to return to Florence one day and that includes this delightful hotel. "

"What a little gem! The hotel is in a perfect location; easy walking distance from the main sites and buses, but on a quiet street. My room was on the backside of the building so I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. My bed and pillow were also very comfortable. I was able to check in 30 minutes early which was super helpful. Despite being a very small hotel that isn’t staffed all day, the staff there was wonderful. The hotel is an incredible value and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."
