"This property does not rise to the level of service and accommodations one would expect inthis property class. 1) staff with few exceptions was not overly friendly 2) we were on the 10th floor yet kept awake by loud music across the street. Staff said police police were called but problem persisted until after midnight 3) I had an allergic reaction to “something “ in the room. Not sure if it was a scent or something else 4) room key kept failing very aggravating"

"We stayed here for LSU Fall Family Weekend and booked an Executive Room on the top floor. It was perfect for our family! There was a nice lounge area just off the elevator with plenty of seating, a bathroom and a huge big screen TV. Our boys were able to set up their video games in the evening and hang out there, which was a great feature for our family. They were also very considerate and made sure to keep the volume down so they wouldn’t disturb other guests.
The staff really made our stay...
